It's hit me today, I'm exhausted. I think I may have been doing a little bit too much around the house and the weather's been very warm as well which doesn't help. I've decided that my father can paint the lounge when he gets here to help earn his keep, I just don't have it in me to do any more painting. Aside from painting I've been doing the little bits and pieces around the house that I know I won't get a chance to do in a few weeks. I think we're pretty much ready now except emotionally, but I don't suppose you get a chance to be ready for that so we're as good as it gets. I have a feeling, as does my dad's cousin and Joe's Nana, that I won't go to the 2nd of May, but I suppose it's not really up to me, it's just a feeling that I have. I still haven't been able to get Joe to take some photos so keep watching they'll be coming soon I hope. Even so, here's something from the archives to keep things interesting. It's a nice one of Joe and me in 2005 on my birthday weekend at Burgh Island, a gorgeous place along the coast a bit from us.

Yeah a photo! You look so beautiful and Joe's a cutie. Love the hair. I have not seen you in over 7 years and the last photos were back when you first arrived in Britain. I hope Ella and I will make it out to the west coast next time you visit. Keep your feet up Momma!
I haven't seen pictures of you or you since you left Victoria ages ago! You look FANTASTIC! You need to get some grey hairs like the rest of us! When will you get to the west coast? We will be there in July, it would be cool if our trips worked out to the same time.
