Bored

I'm hoping that today is only an anomaly- it appears that boredom has set in. Imogen and I have done lots the last few days, we've been out and about in the countryside enjoying some historic houses and their gardens, but there's only so many places to go that are close to home and only so much money that I have. I'm not very good at not having a plan about what to do for the day and I find that I feel like I'm running out of things to do. It doesn't help that the weather has been fabulous which means that there are loads of people about. We live in the centre of Paignton, right on the main street and Paignton happens to be in the county voted the best in the country and therefore a tourist mecca, rather like Victoria. For someone who hates groups of people as much as I do I certainly pick some interesting places to live. Of course, pretty much everywhere in this country is filled with people, I know my parents found it frustrating when they were visiting. They should see the Exeter high street on the Saturdays coming up to Christmas, now that's busy. Anyway, the point of all this rambling is my boredom, which I hope is temporary as I don't go back to work until February.

Here's another photo of little miss and the gardens that we visited the other day. It's a National Trust property called Coleton Fishacre and it has wonderful gardens at pretty much any time of year. People must come and visit us, aside from the people it really is the most wonderful country with so much to see and do. Please come and visit, before February would be great too, give me something to do!!!
