We've been spoiling Imogen a little bit lately with new toys that she probably doesn't even realise are new, but I'm enjoying them- it does make for some great photo opportunities though. Here she is enjoying her jolly jumper thingy and her bumbo.
She's just been weighed today at 14 weeks and she's a big girl. She's currently 15 pounds 13 ounces- in the 91st percentile still, but she's growing taller too at least she's in the 75th percentile for height. So still a little bit on the big side, but starting to balance out a bit. She's really found her voice over the last couple of days and it's so funny to talk to her. She's constantly smiling too, it's so nice to have such a good natured baby. I have noticed that she is starting to be a little more wary of strangers than she used to be. She used to smile at everyone instantly, now you can see her thinking about it before she grins, though she still will. She's really reaching for things as well, which means she's actually starting to use some of her toys, something I've been desperate for her to do for the last 14 weeks. She's really pushing herself up now when she has tummy time as well. Can you tell I'm proud of her? Of course, in my opinion she's the cleverest baby there is as does the rest of her family, can't think why that is. I almost forgot the most exciting news, she's in her own room now. This is her fourth night on her own and I'm pleased to say it's not seemed to have bothered her a bit, though in the last week she's woken up at 3-3:30am every night. I don't mind too much though as she eats so quickly. Must dash though, I'm very hungry as when she's around I don't get much of an opportunity to eat, but she's sleeping now so here I go.
