It was my first day back at work today and I loved it!! Joe was on mummy duty as he will be every Monday and I think they had a great time together. Imogen at least got a new toy (a regular ocurrence I don't doubt in the weeks to come). Poor daddy had to suffer with a little crankiness as the fourth tooth up top is coming in. A couple of weeks ago she had a few cranky days as the first three came in all at once, and number four is now making a slow appearance. Poor kid, it certainly doesn't seem very fun.Anyway, back to work. It's so great to feel like a grown up again that my original idea of working part time only three days has morphed to going back full time. I'm in the process of applying for a new job that would be full time so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that I get it, otherwise I'll still go full time in my current role (mortgage advisor) it just means things will have to change around quite a bit, but it's worth it. I love Imogen more than anything in the world, but I am a worker bee not a mummy bee so you have to be true to yourself I suppose.
I've finished yet another knitting project for Imogen and here's some photos of the stuff I've done. I haven't got photos of two other cardigans I've done, but I will take some for my scrap book. I've made a cardigan for my friend's baby, due on Wednesday and for my niece Aleesha, which I must post before she grows too big for it. I'll be doing another cardigan for George as soon as I get the yarn through the post so I'm suffering withdrawal symptoms at the moment. If I do go back to work full time I don't know when I'll fit in the knitting time, projects will take a lot longer I suppose.

I know what you mean. I go back to work in a month and I am kinda of looking forward to it. I mean I know I'll miss Katie like crazy but I'm excited at the same time.
